A NEW ERA

Kent Sussex Leadership Alliance (KSLA) launched as a strategic expansion of the former Greater Kent Committee—building on its strong roots, experience and established partnership network. Uniting business leaders from both Kent and Sussex counties gives KSLA the resources to more effectively identify and address critical issues. For example, we can now:

• Have a more significant presence in Delaware’s General Assembly, to protect our business interests
• Take on even bigger projects, leading to greater economic impact
• Focus on tackling one of the biggest challenges faced far and wide: fortifying the workforce

MISSION
​​To create the continuum of strong advocacy and action needed to bring large-scale projects to fruition. The Kent Sussex Leadership Alliance (KSLA) engages in strategic collaborations providing the insight, foresight, resources and commitment to successfully address critical community, social and economic challenges in central and southern Delaware.​

​​Our vision is to drive thriving communities by empowering businesses and improving quality of life for the people of Kent and Sussex counties.

• Issues impact on quality of life, resources needed to address the issue & time required to resolve the matter
• Whether another entity already addresses the subject adequately or is better equipped to do so.
• Whether KSLA involvement will show measurable results
• Whether KSLA's work will benefit a significant portion of the community
