This elite group commits to applying an intelligent, Delaware-centric approach to uncovering community, social and economic opportunities; resolving issues; leveraging opportunities; and finding solid solutions that support our communities.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Workforce Development continues to be a critical focus of the Kent Sussex Leadership Alliance (KSLA). Whether it's our work with the Delaware Workforce Development Board, Department of Labor, non profits, training facilities and schools and of course the business community; KSLA is working to build our workforce and streamline the impediments that prevent someone from entering the workforce.
